After completing family survey by Union Social Worker / Technical Trainer in the selected village by the Upazila Project Implementation Committee, after organizing a team with A and B family members and after providing training, every party member is made aware of 20 social activities.Therefore, after submitting the applications of proposed loan applicants from the village committee or the staff, submitted the draft list along with the application form submitted by the concerned Social Worker / Technical Trainer and deposited in the Savings Scheme as a village or a staff bank. Submitted draft list, application form, scheme, field surveyor, submitted to the Upazila Social Service Officer with recommendation.So Upazila Social Service Officer organized the UPIC's meeting and approved the loan. Finally, the loan distribution program is done after determining the location of the check / cash disposition, date and time of their decision among the selected borrowers. |

After organizing maternal centers and training by union social worker / technical trainer, 20 social workers were informed to each member.After this, the loan applicants have to submit the draft list along with the application form and submit it in the prescribed bank. After convening a meeting of the UPIS by the Upazila Social Service Officer and approving the loan, the place of payment of check / payment of money, date of payment and date of distribution between the beneficiaries is made and the distribution process is completed. |

Resource teachers |
Interested parents have to submit application with Resource Teacher / Deputy-Director in the prescribed form. Prepare a list of the received resource teachers and select the visually impaired students through the admission committee meeting. Hence, the admission is completed by informing the applicant.Admitted children are educated with the general students in the prescribed educational institutions in the Braille method and supervise the resource teacher education. All types of expenditure on housing, food and medical related expenses for students admitted for visually impaired students are executed from the Department of Social Services. |
